Application Screening / Review
All applications are reviewed by our recruitment team to assess experience, skills, and alignment with the role requirements
HR Pre-Screen Interview
A short interview to discuss motivation, role fit, availability, and salary expectations, and to answer initial candidate questions
Technical / Functional Assessment (Role-Based)
Depending on the role, candidates may complete a short assessment, case study, or portfolio review aligned with real job requirements
Technical / Functional Interview
An in-depth interview with the hiring team focusing on technical expertise, problem-solving, and competency-based questions
Final Review & Selection
Interview feedback is reviewed collectively, and the final hiring decision is made based on objective evaluation criteria
Offer & Acceptance
A formal offer is presented, including compensation and benefits, followed by discussions and final acceptance
Pre-Boarding & Onboarding
We prepare for a smooth start by completing documentation, system access, and a structured onboarding plan for the first 90 days
