Sales Executive
At GS1, we are responsible for developing and implementing a universal, global system of standards for identifying objects, capturing data, and sharing information across the supply and demand chains.
Job Purpose
Drive revenue growth by selling GS1 Egypt products and services (e.g., GS1 identification, barcodes/GTIN, GLN, data services, training, verification, consulting, and sector programs) to new and existing customers, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate CRM records.
Role and Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new customers across assigned sectors/geography.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and propose relevant GS1 solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers; negotiate within approved limits.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal → close → onboarding handover.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accuracy in CRM (daily updates).
Coordinate with operations/technical teams for solution scoping and delivery alignment.
Upsell/cross-sell to existing accounts and support renewals (as applicable).
Attend events, webinars, and outreach activities to generate leads and promote services.
Ensure compliance with internal commercial policies, pricing rules, and documentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (services/solutions preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
